Making your Payments
We accept almost all normal forms of payment, cheque, credit/debit cards and we also accept cash (only in branches). Please allow clearance on cheques. We also offer finance on many purchases available through our branches, contact branches for details.

Postage and Shipping
Please trust us that we will send all orders out just as soon as we can - there's absolutely no reason why we would want to hang on to things and cause delays. Unfortunately, though, we didn't raise £540 million on the stockmarket and can not match Amazon for same-day dispatches! In practice we ship on Monday, Wednesdays and Thursday and include all orders received before 9am on that day. At busier times, such as Christmas, we ship every weekday. However, we can NOT guarantee that you will get your goods the next day - trains have been known to de-rail, lorries occasionally crash, people get ill, computers crash and, most commonly, people are out when couriers try to deliver. What we do GUARANTEE is that we will despatch all good in stock within three working days. A signature will be required on delivery which may be at any time 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are out when a courier tries to deliver, they should leave a card with a contact number for your local depot to arrange re-delivery or pick-up. We no longer dispatch items or bikes out of the UK.
Your Security and Credit Card Security
We now offer secure facilities for you to provide us with your payment details. For order placed via our secure server, the details are stored and transferred via a secure connection (128bit) and at no point are your payment details stored or transferred in an insecure way. Payment is NOT automatically taken from your card when you place your order via the secure server. For standard (non secure) orders; Once we receive your order we will contact you to confirm any payment details by telephone. As a result, it is extremely important that you supply us with a daytime contact telephone number, or we will be unable to process your order efficiently. We will also be able to verbally confirm availability of your chosen goods at this time. All information is treated in the strictest confidence and no permanent records are held after each transaction has been completed. No credit card details will be kept on record after your transaction with us.

Back Orders
For ordered items not in stock, these can be cancelled or left on back order as you wish. We will notify you of any products not in stock and advise you when they may become available.
If you wish to complain.
In the unlikely event that you should feel you need to complain, please contact the store either by telephone on 01344 774529 or by mail Contact Page and address your complaint directly to the Managing Director.
We want you to be satisfied with any product that you buy from us. If, in the unlikely event, you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund the purchase price of the product, provided that it is returned in a perfect saleable condition within 7 days. Any item bought in error will be exchanged*, ie where you buy the wrong size. All goods that we sell are covered by a warranty. Most items have a warranty provided by their respective manufacturer BUT this warranty must be carried out by us. If you feel that you have an item which is faulty, please return it to us with a copy of your original proof of purchase. If it is found to be a genuine fault of manufacture we will of course repair or replace it free of charge and return it to you with no postage charges. However, if the item is found not to have a genuine fault covered by it's warranty we will contact you to tell you of this. If you subsequently require the product to be returned back to you, we will have to make a charge for carriage. *Unfortunately we cannot refund actual expense, ie postage and packing and you will be charged for postage on any replacement items we send out where the original mistake was not ours. PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT AND YOUR FULL CONTACT DETAILS ETC.
Price Matching
We will beat any price as long as the product offered at a cheaper price, is in stock at the store, the product must be new and not damaged; and be identical to our product. Competitor’s offered price must be accurate, include any taxes, and applicable carriage charges (if any), and they must be prepared to sell the item to you at their quoted price We WILL NOT Price Match items from any web-site that is NOT based in the UK. We must be able to verify the lower price. We reserve the right not to Price Match for any reason at our discretion. Our Price Match offer is available only prior to purchase. Once we have Price Matched that particular item and processed your order, we will not Price Match that item again under the same order.
